Brogan Gillard, 26, Paige Cunningham, 22, and Shannon Jones, 20 all met the man on a night out before they lured him back to one of their homes, The Daily Star reports.
The trio, from Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, then gave him so much vodka he passed out, before they sexually assaulted the 20-year-old victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons.
The judge at Preston Crown Court warned they could all face jail after admitting to sexually assaulting the victim.
However, they submitted not guilty pleas to charges of sexual assault by penetration and causing actual bodily harm, which were accepted by the court.
The court heard the clip showed the victim on the floor as Gillard cut his hair and sliced vegetables over him.
She then pulled out a pair of scissors and asked: “Put in his bum?’’ before spreading the cheeks of his bum. Despite feeling pain, there was no serious injury.
All three women will be sentenced next month.
